3 h + 4 = 16
3 h / 3 = 12 / 3

5 b 3 = 1 + 3 = + 3
5 b / 5 = 4 / 5 b = 4 / 5 b = .80
First: Add or Subtract from both sides so that the Coefficent and Variable are alone. Second: Divide both sides by the coefficent. Finally: Solve the problem
